Since 1987, Finance Fund has benefited the lives of more than 127,000 Ohioans - creating or expanding small businesses, enabling access to jobs, building affordable housing and early childcare facilities and education classrooms.

Finance Fund provides funding for projects that fulfill community needs, create jobs and improve the quality of life in economically distressed communities.

We connect small business owners, entrepreneurs, developers and community development organizations with public and private sources of funding. Our funding programs include predevelopment and economic development grants, gap financing and urban and rural lending.
