Credit Enhancement Programs
- Linked Deposit Fund: Affordable financing from local lenders for housing and economic development projects; reduces the interest rate on construction or permanent financing. Click here for policies and guidelines.
- Child Care Capital Fund: Resource for financing real estate projects available to Head Start agencies; reduces the interest rate on permanent financing
- By Car: Initiative that provides affordable used car financing and consumer assistance to approximately 60 low-income participants statewide
Grants
- PreDevelopment Grants: Funding for community-based non profits for project “soft costs” on housing and economic development projects. Click here for policies and guidelines.
- Economic Development Grants: Funding for neighborhood commercial improvement projects that create private-sector jobs to strengthen the area’s economic base. Click here for policies and guidelines.
- By Car: Initiative that provides affordable used car financing and consumer assistance to approximately 60 low-income participants statewide
Urban & Rural Lending
- New Markets Loans: Credit for fixed assets to nonprofit and for-profit business borrowers in qualifying low-income census tracks
- IRP: Low-interest loans with flexible terms to small businesses and community facilities for start up or expansion
- Accounts Receivable LOC: Line-of-credit for non-profits or small businesses with cash flow issues as a result of contract-based accounts receivables
- LandLOC: Line-of-credit to qualifying nonprofit organizations, enabling site control of vacant or abandoned properties
