• Benevolent investor, providing additional capital at lowered rates to safe child care, affordable housing and economic development projects
• Equity equivalent investor receiving CRA credit annually in support of economically disadvantaged communities.
• Program investor, supporting charitable activities and programs
• Qualified equity investor receiving tax credits annually when investing in our Community Loan Fund through New Markets Tax Credit opportunities
• Participation lending: purchasing of a portion of a Finance Fund loan, freeing up funding to be available to the community.
• Member providing direct support of Finance Fund
• Event sponsor entitled to receive promotional benefits
• Volunteer time and/or services
• Financial or in-kind donor, receiving a qualified tax deduction
