Finance Fund Capital Corporation, a certified Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI), was developed in 2002 to manage the growing portfolio of loan programs offered by Finance Fund. Our mission, vision and values are the same: to build bridges between resources and the low-income community. As the lending "arm" of the organization, Finance Fund Capital Corp. promotes economic revitalization and community development by providing access to capital and to facilitate investment in economically distressed communities.
Since 2002, Finance Fund Capital Corp. has provided loans to businesses working in Ohio's communities with identified need. Our strategy is not to duplicate existing lending programs, but rather bolster current efforts by other community lenders. Finance Fund Capital Corp. has been a direct lender for multiple projects, primarily working with businesses and small business owners; however, our project experience includes financing complex community projects with multiple funding sources. These include everything from grocery stores, community facilities and office buildings, to playground equipment and school buses. Sources of funds for these programs are mixed with public and private investments. We welcome inquiries and applications from both non-profit and for-profit borrowers.
